The best way to do this, or to directly book an appointment is to send me an email with two appointment suggestions that work for you: SomaticBodywork_Lo@icloud.com
I will send you an information and consent form prior to the session.
I offer sessions in both German and English.
The first session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes; subsequent sessions typically last around 60 minutes. This gives us enough time to arrive, explore, and close the session in a grounded way.
I offer the first session at a reduced rate of 40€.
If you would like to continue, I work with a sliding scale* between 60–90€ per session to make this practice accessible to people with different financial means.
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before the session, I will need to charge the full session fee.
If you need to cancel 4 days to 24 hours befor the session, I will need to charge 50% of the session.
I understand that unexpected things can happen — please just do your best to let me know as early as possible if you can't make it. Thank you for your understanding!

✧ If your bottle feels full, please consider paying the full price of 90€.
✧ If your bottle feels half full, you’re invited to choose a price between 70€ - 90€.
✧ If your bottle feels nearly empty, you are welcome to pay the minimum price of 60€ — or reach out to me so we can find a solution together.
